Once you download the file, import your file into Microsoft Word (or any other program you can import jpeg files).

This file is set up as a 1/4 page and can be placed four times on a letter-size page. Page setup works well with either horizontal or vertical.

Add a text box and start typing your information. Adjust text color and fonts. And finally, print, cut, and stuff. The invitation envelope size you can use is 4 3/8″ x 5 3/4″. If you need to purchase envelopes the same day, Staples carry them. Otherwise, I’m sure you can find great deals online.
